This opportunity is with a large entertainment company in Dubai, UAE.
As a HR Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiating aligned with the overall business strategies along with managing the recruitment and selection process. You will develop and monitor overall HR strategies and systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation, assist with implementation of department initiatives including training, semi-annual review process, compliance documentation and reporting.
You will administer compensation and benefit plans, conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives, provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, handle employee engagement and grievances.
To be successful you would ideally possess 7+ years of experience in HR management with extensive knowledge in HR Systems and databases. A Bachelor Degree holder in HR or related field is preferred.
