Summary: Lead the end-to-end successful execution and delivery of complex façade projects. Ensure strict adherence to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with ISO management systems. This role demands 10-15 years of progressive industry experience with deep technical mastery of unitized curtain wall systems, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from manufacturing and production oversight through site installation, commissioning, and final quality control documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all on-site façade installation phases, encompassing unitized curtain wall, stick systems, and various cladding types.
Coordinate key stakeholders (subcontractors, internal teams, and client representatives) to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, on budget, and to specified quality standards.
Strategically manage site logistics, material flow, and procurement for all façade systems to guarantee timely and accurate delivery.
Serve as the technical expert, guiding the fabrication and production of unitized curtain wall systems to ensure strict compliance with approved shop drawings and specifications.
Review and approve all critical technical documentation, including material submittals, product data, and design changes.
Direct and manage the comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) process across both the factory production environment and the construction site.
Implement, maintain, and rigorously enforce the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in accordance with project specifications and international standards (e.g., AAMA, ASTM).
Ensure full company compliance with mandatory ISO Management System requirements (e.g., ISO 9001 and ISO 14001).
Lead quality audit activities (internal and external), efficiently manage all Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and drive the implementation of effective corrective actions.
Maintain rigorous documentation and quality records for complete system traceability and seamless project close-out/handover.
Qualifications
Experience: 10 to 15 years of progressive, supervisory, or management experience within the façade or construction industry, focusing on complex cladding projects.
Mandatory Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with the production and on-site installation of unitized curtain wall systems.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reviewing and interpreting shop drawings, technical specifications, and managing ITPs and comprehensive QA/QC documentation.
QMS Knowledge: Expert knowledge of international Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly ISO 9001 standards and auditing procedures.
