Sales Consultant (UAE National)

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in representing and enhancing the brand’s reputation and standards through every customer interaction. You will be responsible for maintaining showroom displays and ensuring the overall appearance meets brand standards, creating an inviting and memorable experience for every visitor. Delivering an exceptional level of service, you will aim to provide a positive experience at each step, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to drive satisfaction.

Building strong, lasting relationships with customers is essential in this role, helping to foster loyalty and profitability. You’ll utilize systems like AX to handle quotes, orders, returns, and cases with accuracy and efficiency, all while staying proactive in learning about our products’ technical details and benefits. Additionally, a growing knowledge of interior design principles will help you better support and inspire customers.

In this role, you’ll also prepare and present product information and solutions to clients, including architects, designers, and other key partners, always aiming to meet or exceed quarterly goals. Adherence to health and safety standards will be critical, as well as upholding the company’s commitment to environmental and quality policies in all tasks.
