In this position you would be responsible for the following:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting industries that require packaging solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Generate leads, prepare sales presentations, and conduct meetings to showcase the company’s offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met with the highest level of service.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.
Regularly update CRM with sales activities and client information to maintain an organized pipeline.
To be successful you would ideally possess :
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in packaging or a related industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
