Role and Responsibilities:
As a Talent Management Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Management team with a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing employee engagement and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content in both English and Arabic, as well as managing photography, videography, and editing tasks. You will also be involved in crafting visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and supporting various initiatives, including induction programs, training sessions, and employee branding efforts. Key responsibilities include:
Developing engaging content and materials for training and employee engagement initiatives in both English and Arabic.
Handling photography and videography tasks to capture company events and create promotional materials.
Editing visual content to ensure high-quality outputs that align with brand standards.
Crafting visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for training sessions and team meetings.
Supporting coordination for induction and training programs, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Assisting in various talent branding initiatives to promote a positive company culture.
Requirements:
A background in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in creating content in both English and Arabic
Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing software
Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Compensation: AED 10,500 - AED 12,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day
